| Payments for orders placed on our website are currently only accepted in the form of Direct Bank Deposit, or via Paypal (Including Visa & Mastercard as supported by Paypal). Bank information for direct deposit payments will be displayed on the checkout page when that payment method has been selected. Customers should note that payments made using the direct deposit method can on occasion take up to 2-3 business days to clear, and only after this time will your order be dispatched from our warehouse. Following receipt of order payment, we will then ship/mail/deliver the item/s to you as per the delivery and contact information you had provided us in your account details. It is your/the customer’s responsibility to check that your account details are entered online correctly and up to date prior to placing any orders. |

Most orders received before 2pm will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2pm will ship the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. | We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect goods to you will also be accepted for return within 14 days from the date of purchase. In the case of defective products, we will not accept returns or exchanges on goods that show signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced. Returns for exchange, refund, or store credit will be at our discretion if the customer has purchased the goods by mistake or if the customer has changed their mind. All merchandise sold by Point-Blank Automotive is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturers for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. The customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims.
