(5) Return & Refund Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect goods to you will also be accepted for return within 14 days from the date of purchase. In the case of defective products, we will not accept returns or exchanges on goods that show signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced. Returns for exchange, refund, or store credit will be at our discretion if the customer has purchased the goods by mistake or if the customer has changed their mind. Point-Blank Automotive will not be responsible for any return shipping and handling fees.
